About the Course

This face to face equality and diversity course will support both employees and employers to explore and understand their responsibilities within the act. With a detailed look at the Equality Act this course challenges stigma and nurtures understanding for inclusion; diversity and fairness. This course works through each protected characteristic and reviews the different types of discrimination as well as a view on maintaining professionalism in the workplace. With thought provoking practical activities and stimulating videos; learners will leave this course with a greater awareness of what equality is; and an understanding of how they are a crucial part of breaking the stigma and promoting an inclusive and diverse work environment. A must have course for any workplace.
