About Issy

Hi, I’m Issy, the founder of Training with Hart. It was a personal mission for me to start Training with Hart.

I had worked on the frontline of the care sector for over a decade, I had attended annual training for my various roles and I found time and time again that the training was 2 dimensional. I feel that training for social care is a core skill for ensuring quality service, if the training falls flat so too will staff development.

When I crossed over to training, I found that many trainers were teaching care subjects with little or no genuine care experience.

This drove me to start my company. I am passionate about providing training that is relevant with a depth that can only be achieved by having worked and experienced highs and the struggles of the social care system. I strive to provide training that is not only enjoyable but relevant and current, in a space that is safe and nurturing for the staff who attend.
